Our website reflects our current stock (CDs, vinyls, merchandising, etc.).

However, items ordered are deducted from the stock only upon validation of the order. Thus, an item available in limited quantity can be ordered by several people before the site is updated. In these cases, any order that we can not handle will be refunded.

Our website and stock information are updated on a daily basis.

We accept returns of damaged goods (proofs needed). Buyer pays return fees and the shipping cost of the replacement product will be at our expense. If you order merchandise item and item you ordered does not fit you or you don’t like it, we can replace it with other item or send your money back. In this case you will have to pay for additional postage.

Also if the item you received does not match your order, please, send it back. Upon reception of your return parcel, we will send you the item you wished for at our expense. You will also be compensated for the shipping costs of the return.
If you made a mistake during your order, we accept the return of your parcel but do not support any extra shipping costs. We will send you the item you asked for upon reception of the mistakenly chosen item. Possible payment adaptations are possible (refund or additional payment).
Also if your parcel get return due to uncomplete delivery address, error while you feel your profile or nobody there during the delivery to sign the delivery paper, we can ship it again to you, but you should pay shipping costs of the second sending. We rather prefer that you follow your parcel straight away when you get your tracking number to avoid such troubles.
