The shipping total will be calculated at checkout, based on weight. Prices are all in EURO, all taxes and PayPal fees are included.

We send parcels from both EU countries (mostly from Germany (DHL), but some goods may be sent from Poland or Lithuania) and Ukraine. Despite the terrible war, the Ukrainian postal service “Ukrposhta” works quickly and efficiently. In addition, it has more attractive prices for the registered (tracked) delivery of small parcels and delivery to non-EU countries and other continents. As stated above, we ship to USA by Ukrposhta. No additional fees from customers side.

To EU countries we ship by Deutsche Post / DHL. We see no reason to charge you 15-20 Euro for tracking shipping of small item such as patch or tape within EU, but if you know you post service sucks and need tracking option, mark it in “Order notes” on checkout page (below your billing details) and we’ll help you. As a solution for sending small packages till 250 grams (for example, it may holds 2 CDs or 3 tapes) to EU we offer as an alternative, registered shipping from Ukraine. Of course, you will be charged some customs duties, but sometimes it makes financial sense. As you’d expect, shipping is more economical if you’re buying in larger quantities.

In any case, WE SEND ALL GOODS AS GIFTS WITH MINIMUM CUSTOMS VALUE.

Our shop system calculates packages till 5 kg only, but if you need more goods with heavier package, then please contact us to figure something out.

Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 working days if all items are in stock. In case of delays, we will contact you to arrange a solution.

Be aware of release dates for pre-ordered items before you get in touch about something that hasn’t yet arrived, info will be on the product page.
